The full payment is due along with application, and the deadline to register is May 11, 2026.

Please note: Full refund before May 11, less a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds of any kind after May 11, 2026.

BIMF runs daily from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, with concerts held at 5:00 PM on select days (Wednesday, July 15 - Saturday, July 25; no Sunday programs).

Please be ready to provide a video link of your recent solo performances (YouTube, Dropbox, BOX, etc.). If you don't have one, please record what you are currently working on (1-2 minutes will be enough). This is for group placements.
Payment
BIMF Tuition: $799.00

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Late Registration: Local students wishing to participate may contact us to be placed on the waiting list. The tuition for late registration after May 11 will be $849.

The festival tuition may be paid through our Eventbrite page. Please note that Eventbrite’s transaction fee ($55.43) will be added and is non-refundable.
